Calcagno is a fellow of the American Vein & Lymphatic Society (formally American College of Phlebology) and the American College of Surgeons. He served as Chief of Vascular Surgery at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C., before serving as Chief of Vascular Surgery and President of the Medical Staff at Pinnacle Health.ĭr. Calcagno completed his surgical residency at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic He earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in North Carolina, where he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha (the National Medical Honor Society).ĭr. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Tufts University in Massachusetts, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude ("with highest honor").
